I decided to try out a Wet 'n' Wild eye shadow because I've heard so many positive reviews on them. I picked up the Wet 'n' Wild Color Icon single eye shadow in the color "Creme Brulee" for under $2 and I really like it! It is very pigmented and has a smooth texture.
My favorite way to use this eye shadow is to use it as my all over lid-color under all my eye shadows to help brighten the area and neutralize any discoloration.Definitely a great find, an affordable one at that!
